Hey you

I only want to be friends.
You don't make me smile any more then anyone else.
Your laugh isn't infectious,and you're eyes aren't perfect.
You don't have the cutest smile I've ever seen,
and you sure as hell aren't sexy.
I don't like it when you buy me stuff or think of me.
I don't notice when you come online, and I don't care if you say hi or not.
I don't get jealous in the slightest if you're with another girl.
I don't care if people say they hung out with you the other day.
My heart has never skipped a beat because of you,
and seeing your face has never meant anything.
The love songs I hear don't remind me of you,
I don't care if you're upset,
I don't care if you're hurting.
I don't care if you're mad at me in the slightest.
I don't count the times we hang out together, or the minutes you're gone.
I definitely don't reread the messages you send me.
Well, at least, this is what i'm telling myself.
But its pretty hard to convince myself when the truth is the exact opposite.
